At least 10 screen freezes during tonight’s 30-min ride. It happens every time now; was rare pre-pandemic. I know there are bigger problems, but sick of paying for NOTHING.

Streaming in Robbinsville NJ is still awful despite paying for Level 4 service + a booster. Lately I can only ride my bike late at night when no one else is using WiFi. 1/2

The service is awful. Someone was supposed to come out today and just simply canceled, no explanation. You guys have to do a better job.

It was supposed to stop April11 but now u take money out of my account again and tell me when I call that I will get another bill a final bill april23. How does this make sense.
