    @OptimumHelp 5 hours later, on hold for over an hour, our internet is out and can’t reach anyone in tech support. Whenever it rains, thunders etc our net goes out. We’ve called in the past and have had techs in to replace our modem (because tech can’t find any the problem)

    @optimum horrible experience with optimum! I waited on hold for an hour patiently, then he tells me I need someone to come out but god forbid a wire doesn’t work properly on the box I have to pay $80! Oh but I have a 10hr time frame and nothing till Friday! Maybe trying @TMobile

    Hey @optimum so it takes 6+ weeks (& counting) to port a home phone number over TO you? “24-48 hrs” to resolve has been nearly 2 months and EVERY rep i speak to “will call back in 24-48 hrs” to follow up, yet never received a callback once... what’s up #Unacceptable @ShieldVoC

    @optimum - YET AGAIN... weekly outage time! The very least you could do is update your twitter or your website with this information instead of having customers follow your stupid automated system with troubleshooting steps that resolve nothing...

    @OptimumHelp Classic copy & paste robot response. No help. Shocker @optimum in what universe is this fair? I buy a package which includes @MLBNetwork. YOU TOOK IT AWAY and I still pay the same price. I know I'm just a number on your books, but you could pretend to care about customers ?

    @supersat This modem has been rebooted a lot. It really just refuses to get a new channel set. I think this @OptimumHelp @optimum forcing users who choose their own equipment instead of renting their stuff into poor experiences.

    @optimum Day 9 with no internet in Hyde Park, NY. Multiple cancelled tech appointments and now an unauthorized price hike on my bill. @OptimumHelp, fix this or I’m switching to Verizon today.
