    @nationalgridus I requested a disconnect for August 1. You confirmed. You kept charging me after August 1 anyway. I called and you admitted your error but STILL made me send a dispute form. I mailed it August 26. I called 3 times since and you have no update. Gonna help or do I have to sue you?

    No power in #MBTS #Massachusetts @mapoli @nationalgrid @nationalgridus 2 days ago alleged transformer issue. Today intermittent. Some works, some doesn’t - if you know to run around and check outlets, etc. No communication. Denial when reported. Thinking of our older friends trying to navigate these uncertainties with no communication. How scary for them.

    @nationalgridus No need now. After a long almost 2 weeks , a tech finally showed up close to 8pm last night. Hopefully in the future , customer service does a better job at relaying information , and helping, out the customer. Have a good day.

    @nationalgridus This update and the one you updated @ 3pm say the exact thing! I check on my account and all I see is TBD how long is this going to be TBD also your text message says outage is Null @ to please check back later for updates… to no avail I have zero answers when pwr w/be restored

    We waited over 3 weeks for @nationalgridus to disconnect the service at our Methuen MA location… and now more than 2 weeks waiting for them to put it back. This delay has stopped all our construction work and is putting our move-in at risk. No clear timeline. Shame on you guys!

    @nationalgridus your contractor (utility partners of America) customer service is rude. Plus I have video of employees on porch w/o badges and not identifying themselves. Ridiculous.

    @nationalgridus how do I get a new meter installed on my new residential service that has been inspected and tagged. I have a customer ID but not a customer number. I have called the main number several times, been on hold forever and bounced around with no progress being made

    @nationalgridus @MassGov @MassCEC HOW many millions do THEY get paid while poor elderly women get screwed BY NG NG NO GOOD JUST LIKE GOOD FOOD IS RUINED BECAUSE YOU DIDNT DEPLOY ENOUGH PEOPLE OR CALL THEM IN TO HELP FAST ENOUGH MILLIONS TO YOU ELDERLY 80 yr old LOSES FULL FREEZERS FULL OF FOOD DUE TO “GREED”
