They set my profile up on the wrong address and when I mentioned it to them months ago they fixed it and that it would take some time to delete the wrong address account. I kept getting bills for the wrong address but they said to ignore it.

Some works, some doesn’t - if you know to run around and check outlets, etc. No communication. Denial when reported. Thinking of our older friends trying to navigate these uncertainties with no communication. How scary for them.

This delay has stopped all our construction work and is putting our move-in at risk. No clear timeline. Shame on you guys!
