Nicky C #22 (@centernc22) reported@nationalgridus Work was done 20.5 hours after we lost power. It took them 25 minutes to fix and I was told that larger number of customers get priority. This affected a whole street with over 25 houses on it. It’s absurd that you increase prices and then your services take forever to help.
