    @nationalgridus @maura_healey Without any warning NatGrid shows up to repair a gas line( My 4 month old is exposed to toxic gas fumes all day, no heat/hw for 24 hours promised a call back yesterday from a supervisor still no contact. Unacceptable. Yet we pay absurd prices

    We waited over 3 weeks for @nationalgridus to disconnect the service at our Methuen MA location… and now more than 2 weeks waiting for them to put it back. This delay has stopped all our construction work and is putting our move-in at risk. No clear timeline. Shame on you guys!

    @nationalgridus The block of Lancaster and Auburn ave in the elmwood village has lost power at least 6 times in the last 2 months. 180 homes effected. Can someone fix this before winter? This is a major issue. Grocery stores are even effected! Help!!!

    @nationalgridus I’ve tried calling for a meter inspection but I believe our meter was erroneously read, as our usage was supposedly 5x higher than previously and we cannot afford it. Please help.

    @nationalgridus Nat Grid,I am now beggin you to have sum1 fix my bill.I hav been in my current apt for 6 mnth & still hav not rcvd a bill, u guys came out 2x to instl mtr & then chk to make sure it “ existed “ I don’t know what else to do and I’m trying 2 b a good paying cstmr

    @nationalgridus Look at all the editing they had to do on this video for this supposed Professional. He mess up so much they had to cut and re-edit the video because he don't know his job at all. Because @nationalgridus hires based on DEI status. This explains everything!

    @nationalgridus @nationalgridNY @MakeAWishMNY This is AT LEAST the 7th time this summer the east shore of Schroon Lake has suffered a power outage! Twice this week! This is unacceptable! If it is so hard to keep the lights on here, maybe we need another utility to do the job. I’m sure upper management does not have this!
