    @nationalgridus Well now that all of the trees are clear and you moved the estimated completion time from 6pm to 10pm you can send a crew to my street. That would be grand. BTW when I see more bucket trucks during the storm than I have the last 48hrs it's not a good thing.

    @nationalgridus Explain to me when I look at a map every other area close to me that doesn't have power has a crew except for my street and their expected completion time is still 3pm? When will you send a crew to fix this downed wire infront of a house with little kids in it?

    @nationalgridus No! WTF! The rest of my neighborhood except my street has power and now you went from saying tonight at 11:45 until maybe the 30th at 11:45.

    @nationalgridus are you guys serious? Y'all went from having power returned on my street at 6pm yesterday to 10pm yesterday to 6pm today the you finally assign a crew and set the time to 3pm today and NOW you change it back to 11:45pm. Almost 4 days without power y'all are a joke

    Yo, @nationalgridus why does every other street in my neighborhood have power except for mine? My 20 min drive all the other parts of the town has power.

    So far this year, @nationalgridus has: —Shut off my power when my neighbor stopped paying theirs —Refused to turn it back on despite explicitly acknowledging I was paying for mine —Took 8 days and the threat of legal action to put it back on —Put me on hold for over 2 hours today

    @nationalgridus We've been waiting for a service tech to restore our gas since 7pm. It's 11:30. It's 30* inside & we need the heat back on. We have no way to contact the dispatched tech to see if they're even coming tonight, & customer service is closed. What are you doing?

    We waited over 3 weeks for @nationalgridus to disconnect the service at our Methuen MA location… and now more than 2 weeks waiting for them to put it back. This delay has stopped all our construction work and is putting our move-in at risk. No clear timeline. Shame on you guys!

    @nationalgridus I’ve tried calling for a meter inspection but I believe our meter was erroneously read, as our usage was supposedly 5x higher than previously and we cannot afford it. Please help.

    @nationalgridus how do I get a new meter installed on my new residential service that has been inspected and tagged. I have a customer ID but not a customer number. I have called the main number several times, been on hold forever and bounced around with no progress being made
