    @nationalgridus are you guys serious? Y'all went from having power returned on my street at 6pm yesterday to 10pm yesterday to 6pm today the you finally assign a crew and set the time to 3pm today and NOW you change it back to 11:45pm. Almost 4 days without power y'all are a joke

    Yo, @nationalgridus why does every other street in my neighborhood have power except for mine? My 20 min drive all the other parts of the town has power.

    @nationalgridus Explain to me when I look at a map every other area close to me that doesn't have power has a crew except for my street and their expected completion time is still 3pm? When will you send a crew to fix this downed wire infront of a house with little kids in it?

    @nationalgridus Well now that all of the trees are clear and you moved the estimated completion time from 6pm to 10pm you can send a crew to my street. That would be grand. BTW when I see more bucket trucks during the storm than I have the last 48hrs it's not a good thing.

    @nationalgridus No! WTF! The rest of my neighborhood except my street has power and now you went from saying tonight at 11:45 until maybe the 30th at 11:45.

    @nationalgridus I requested a disconnect for August 1. You confirmed. You kept charging me after August 1 anyway. I called and you admitted your error but STILL made me send a dispute form. I mailed it August 26. I called 3 times since and you have no update. Gonna help or do I have to sue you?

    @raj1vm @nationalgridus Yet! I have been waiting for @nationalgridus to turn my gas on for 3 days now in Rome NY. It is an EMERGENCY turn on.They have not showed up. Yet they are charging me for Delivery. How can they charge you for something they have turned off? Well because they are a Scam artiest!

    We waited over 3 weeks for @nationalgridus to disconnect the service at our Methuen MA location… and now more than 2 weeks waiting for them to put it back. This delay has stopped all our construction work and is putting our move-in at risk. No clear timeline. Shame on you guys!

    @nationalgridus If only you were actually doing that. It's an absurd amount of time being without power if you actually were doing your jobs
