Initial estimate is that it will take 2 hours to fix. The best place to go for updates in the outage page on their website - assuming you still have Internet access.

Just went out again... maybe this needs more of a review and less of easy daily fixes. I keep losing all my work. :(

I was told to call before they close at 5pm if the person doesn’t show up. What utter bullshit. No time frame nothing .

Waits 30 mins or longer if they pick up, then you get a call back from Someone who doesn’t want to work and seems like they are being tortured for having to answer the call. Get split heaters go all electric

lumberto (@soldicrypto) reported@nationalgridus For the last two months, the phone customer service wait times have been over an hour. I have tried calling 18×7 of those times you guys just hung up before I reached a person. And there is no way I’m waiting more than 60 minutes to talk to someone.
