    @nationalgridus hi. So, in Dunkirk NY, somewhere in the woods off route 5, is a pole or transfer station that has been going out every single day this week. Just went out again... maybe this needs more of a review and less of easy daily fixes. I keep losing all my work. :(

    @nationalgridNY @nationalgridus @nationalgrid Take care of the family who’s garage got flooded in long island ! They shouldnt have to put any money out of pocket! You should pay for all damages and reimbursement of items lost !

    UGH!!! I’ve been waiting since 8am for a @nationalgridus tech to come & disconnect the gas. I just called Customer Service & they have no info on ETA. I was told to call before they close at 5pm if the person doesn’t show up. What utter bullshit. No time frame nothing .

    @nationalgridus @nationalgridus has gotten so bad. You cannot talk to anyone by phone . Waits 30 mins or longer if they pick up, then you get a call back from Someone who doesn’t want to work and seems like they are being tortured for having to answer the call. Get split heaters go all electric

    Apparently there’s a power outage in the Malta/Ballston Spa area this morning. My home got hit. A text from @nationalgridus says more than 700 customers are affected.

    @nationalgridus For the last two months, the phone customer service wait times have been over an hour. I have tried calling 18×7 of those times you guys just hung up before I reached a person. And there is no way I’m waiting more than 60 minutes to talk to someone.

    @nationalgridus But in munnsville yall tell us our powers been restored twice when it hasn’t, no assigned crew and no sense of urgency it feels when we’re having 90+ degree weather, I get there’s a lot of people to get to but to tell us yall fixed the problem when you haven’t is ridiculous.
