And now I’m without service until Tuesday so I’m going to have to take PTO. Is there any earlier time slots for this? I’ve asked for the line to be buried multiple times and this happens.

Been on hold for the second time for 35 minutes. They have 1 person who works there. All their field techs are contractors.

Your customer service reps are rude and provide no information. 12+ hour service outages are a frequent occurrence get real engineers
