    @metronetfiber my line that you never buried got mowed over by a neighbor. And now I’m without service until Tuesday so I’m going to have to take PTO. Is there any earlier time slots for this? I’ve asked for the line to be buried multiple times and this happens.

    @metronetfiber Very disappointed with installation delay. Our business is set to open Monday and we have not had help with getting this installation issue resolved!

    Slowly starting to regret the switch to @metronetfiber. The speed and price is great, but the weekly outages is getting to be a problem.

    @metronetfiber "All agents are currently unavailable" after 40 minutes of waiting. Chat didn't make it 30 minutes before telling me there are no agents available. If you're having an outage, fine, but at least give us some kind of ETA on restoration. I have to decide if I'm driving an hour.
