    @Ask_Spectrum internet out, 30 minutes With tech support trying to convince me my modem with flashing lights isn’t on, and scheduling a repair tech days out…..I called @metronetfiber and a line gets dropped today. This and overcharging is why you continue to lose customers.

    Recently upgraded to a 2 Gbps package through @metronetfiber - my boy's an online gamer, wife loves watching TV and I do a ton of remote work, it was time for an upgrade. Spent the last week diagnosing my entire setup. Narrowed it down to the ONT. It only supports 1 Gbps speed. Why there's not some sort of red flag system like "Hey, you'll need to upgrade your equipment for this package"...I mean...that'd be nice.

    @metronetfiber I have had NO service for 2 days now. Your rep looked at it this morning and said that they don't know what to do and left. Everytime I have called in the last 48 hours or more it has taken 45 minutes to get through to talk with someone.

    @metronetfiber 2 hours after paying to restore services, I'm on hold waiting for service restoration. Already personally reset equipment and had their robot phone system reset equipment. Now I'm on hold for 15 minutes so far. Lovely. Canceling service at the end of the month.

    @metronetfiber I should not have to log in to see service disruptions. 20 hours in and no updates on when service will be restored. Your customer service reps are rude and provide no information. 12+ hour service outages are a frequent occurrence get real engineers

    @metronetfiber You refused to send anyone out the first day when there was an outage, so you were a day behind. Then in the process of laying new lines you cut a power line, putting you further behind. Today there is no crew out here working.

    @metronetfiber I had a guy on Friday and tell me that Metronet was installing these modems (whatever you call them) into all the houses. He described it like the old phone lines. They just installed in and now I’m supposed to be billed? I never asked for the service.

    @metronetfiber "All agents are currently unavailable" after 40 minutes of waiting. Chat didn't make it 30 minutes before telling me there are no agents available. If you're having an outage, fine, but at least give us some kind of ETA on restoration. I have to decide if I'm driving an hour.

    @metronetfiber Web chat directed me to call customer loyalty. On hold for almost an hour. Making it a really easy decision to cancel my service I just upgraded last month.

    @metronetfiber If I hear that word again I might snap... It doesn't seem to mean anything. Here we are, 4pm on MONDAY (nearly 24 hours past that initial 48 hour escalation promise), still no service and now I can't get a timeline fpr my service to be restored. 5/

    @metronetfiber love your service but phones have been disconnected and your customer service line keeps hanging up on me. My biz is getting NO calls.
