Jess Kroenke (@Bearsnskerz) reported@metronetfiber @CityofThornton Don’t let these guys in your backyard, I have two tickets open with them, called them, ran a metronet contractor down working in the neighborhood, constantly troll then here and they still won’t but bury the exposed wiring that has been in my back yard for almost 3 months.

psyched_wi (@PsychedWi) reported@metronetfiber 2 hours after paying to restore services, I'm on hold waiting for service restoration. Already personally reset equipment and had their robot phone system reset equipment. Now I'm on hold for 15 minutes so far. Lovely. Canceling service at the end of the month.

Latency sky ricked to 63-128ms so internet is useless for to me..

S_Kratz (@kratz_steve) reported@metronetfiber - Since the announced @TMobile bouyout was announced, I've had nothing but problems. Unannounced outages, severe packet loss, 5-10 minute periods of no service (gateway pings fine, but traffic won't pass through your network!)
