Jess Kroenke (@Bearsnskerz) reported@metronetfiber @CityofThornton Don’t let these guys in your backyard, I have two tickets open with them, called them, ran a metronet contractor down working in the neighborhood, constantly troll then here and they still won’t but bury the exposed wiring that has been in my back yard for almost 3 months.

Already personally reset equipment and had their robot phone system reset equipment. Now I'm on hold for 15 minutes so far. Lovely. Canceling service at the end of the month.
