@IRStaxpros So Agents at IRS speak as tho youre thier subjects very rude. Say you cant record the conversations, also say they dont work for United States citizens then hang up on you. I got the recorded calls . T hey also refuse to give information. They are ignorant to tax payers bill of rights. Will this issue be addressed?

@IRSnews where is my federal refund? I filed. Both state and federal on January 27th I received my state refund but not my federal and I I NEVER RECEIVED my 2nd stimulus check from covid why? I recieved the 1st and the 3rd but. Not the 2nd one in the amount of 600. Why?

@GDHiguain @IRSnews The IRS issues a demand notice (like CP80) for repayment of erroneous refunds, plus interest from the refund date. If unpaid, they offset any future refunds, levy bank accounts/wages, or file liens. Direct deposits to accounts closed after withdrawal can't be easily reversed by the bank, so recovery shifts to the taxpayer's record address, SSN traces, or third-party collections. @IRSsmallbiz @IRSnews Why do I get hung up on by every single person that I talk on the phone with. I spent 5 hrs on the phone one time and without getting my issue resolved I was hung up on. Today after waiting an hr to talk to someone she hung up on me. I’m so tired and exhausted.
