    having an issue with2019 1040. It has yet to be processed.spent an hours on the phone afternoon.said we filed single— which is incorrect, then they can’t give us anymore info because they did a system update at the first of the year. Any suggestions? @IRStaxpros @IRSnews

    Hey @cbriancpa I recently found out if you forgot to update your bank account info with your tax professional, you can update it with the correct bank info through your IRS online portal to reprocess the tax refund. I wonder if @IRStaxpros or @IRSnews knew about this feature?

    Hey @IRStaxpros do you think it is possible that you send out the state refund check . I worked very hard for my money all year around. Please stop holding on to the refund and send them out to the people who actually did everything right like me.
