    @MandyWRAL Exactly like video store. Depending on release date, sometimes you can get same price from Spectrum. Don’t have streaming service yet. Holding out for Google fiber. Probably didn’t answer your question

    So I was forced to get #Spectrum for Internet after 2 years because I moved 10 min away from a #GoogleFiber supported area and, my god, is the difference in speed and customer service noticeable lol

    @googlefiber stop sending service personnel to my house unannounced. This is the third time. I will never answer the door. You have the technology- use it!

    @ninaylai @ben_martin_89 In the ~1 yr with @googlefiber it was down once in the middle of the night for maybe 1/2 hr. Google sent an apology email & gave a credit on the bill that month, just because, & I hadn’t even asked for it. Most reliable, fastest, & most service oriented ISP I’ve ever experienced.

    Venting here but I received absolutely terrible customer service last from @googlefiber Their agent basically dared me to cancel, which I eventually will once I get a replacement service but we’ve had issues with their service for the past few months and they can’t seem to fix it (they have tried) and I got grief last night from their agent. Just terrible.

    @mitchellh @mikrotik_com @googlefiber * avoid ethernet for the 10G links (at least)... runs super hot 60C+, wastes power and becomes a huge cooling issue (results in fans spinning in routers/switches all day and night)

    @LasVegasLocally @googlefiber Only available where fiber already exists. This is like TracFone riding on the Verizon network, or more closely GoogleFi on T-Mobile

    @ATTHelp Sure…How about troubleshooting your service here? Whole neighborhood is down. Some of us are trying to telework. Thanks for screwing that up. Why do I contour to pay for sporadic @ATT ? @googlefiber maybe you’re in our area now. Hopefully you can keep your services up.

    @GetSpectrum why tf is spectrum so dog ****. I have the highest plan, ethernet, payed for exit lag to help but you guys are ******* hopeless. high ping, straight ******* lag, I touch 30 ping for 1 game for the next to be red lines, up down ping problems. is @googlefiber the move?
