Google sent an apology email & gave a credit on the bill that month, just because, & I hadn’t even asked for it. Most reliable, fastest, & most service oriented ISP I’ve ever experienced.

JP 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 (@ArsenalNAmerica) reportedVenting here but I received absolutely terrible customer service last from @googlefiber Their agent basically dared me to cancel, which I eventually will once I get a replacement service but we’ve had issues with their service for the past few months and they can’t seem to fix it (they have tried) and I got grief last night from their agent. Just terrible.
