The guys are back out here today and are still identifying themselves as with Duke Energy. What gives?

I had to waste time and leave work to go to FedEx and prove that it was delivered to their warehouse. They refused to compensate me for their error.

Every day was the same answer - widespread outage in my neighborhood, reported in the morning and planned restoration in the evening. Still no service. Enough!
