    @googlefi Even your chatbots are inept. The bot I am talking to has now degenerated to spouting out real nonsense, like asking me if the issue occurs outdoors (duh, yeah, it's a roaming authentication failure). And asked for my address three times. It's farcical except I'm not laughing.

    So for the past few months, since I started getting disability, I went through and started cellphone service through @googlefi and I have to say that I like my coverage so far. Its affordable and covers my every need. I have 2 lines and pay $80 a month for them. #worthit

    @googlefi @madebygoogle I bought a Pixel 10 Pro Fold (Order GS.7388-0455-3057) with a NEW Fi activation, which includes 12 months of Gemini AI Pro & 12 months Google One. The promo never provisioned. Fi Support has been worthless - Going on 2 weeks - Case ID 1-6416000039452

    @googlefi Is the worst phone service I have EVER dealt with. AVOID! Have been dealing with their horrible (non-existent) "customer service" on an issue since MARCH, 6 months! They mistakenly sent back my trade in and now they won't accept it back from me and charged $500.

    T-mobile has been decent. Solid coverage, decent plans but **** customer service. **** because most reps I talk to don’t know **** about phones which is wild to me. Thinking of going back to @googlefi again for its simplicity.

    @PorshaJones86 @googlefi If you are already a Google Fi customer it's not worth it cause I got mine yesterday and I still can't use it. They're having trouble connecting existing customers to their network it's bs

    @googlefi I don't appreciate being treated like that and any other phone company would be glad to have me as a customer. If this is the way Google fi wants to continue treating people, go ahead and cancel my account immediately. I will not tolerate this from a company that I pay for.

    @googlefi I've been your customer for over a decade. Phone network is not working since early morning . WIFI calls are working but can't call without WIFI. Your customer service lines are unreachable. How do I get this resolved? Please advise. This sucks!

    @googlefi Support is disastrous. I’m in Saudi Arabia, Fi roaming isn’t working (IMSI rejection on all networks, STC, Zain, and Mobily). Case not being escalated by chatbot, stuck in an infinite loop for 2 hours w/ basic troubleshooting steps. Need Tier-2 callback. Please assist.

    @googlefi I Don't think the customer service could get any worse. First you double bill me on my insurance for my phone. I know what happened yet. Every time I get on the phone with customer support they go over what happened again even though the issues should have been resolved. Why do I want to hear about something that should have been resolved? This is the worst experience I've ever had with customer service.

    @googlefi @nathan642459 My line is broken at the provisioning level and L1 can’t fix it. IMS registers successfully, but the MMTel capability profile your backend sends down has Voice=false, Video=false, UT=false and only SMS=true. This means my line is being provisioned as SMS-only even though IMS registration shows as “TMobile Google Fi LTE/WiFi – REGISTERED.” Android telephony logs confirm “hasVoiceAvailability=false” and Samsung IMS logs show “disallow Call Service.” Device shows CSC mismatch (TMB/XAA/XAU) but this is clearly a Fi backend entitlement corruption. L1 says L2 will reprovision, but this specifically needs the Fi Ops team to reset IMS/VoLTE entitlements and push a fresh MMTel profile. Please escalate to engineering and DM me so I can send you the logs

    The @googlefi service on my pixel phone stopped working. Their support was no help, but I found if I disabled the app entirely and then rebooted, service would connect just fine.

    @googlefi I am in Mexico. I connect to @Movistar network. Sometime it works perfectly. But sometimes it doesn’t work even though there are 3 or 4 signal bars.
