Razi (@baestaterazi) reported@googlefi Switched from Mint to Google Fi and now my phone number is basically dead. LTE shows but no calls, texts, or data. Spent over an hour with support. Said it’s an issue on their end and that they’d get back to me. 18+ hours later, still no service. How is this acceptable?

This week has been THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE from any company in my 64yrs. Get people who speak English, don't put 50 in a closet & make them not lie.

Homicidal_wombat (@homicidal_bat) reported@googlefi Why do you need a DM?. Seems like usual routine over there. One quick Google search shows the disappointment in Google fi support . I tried to get help for 3 hours. They would just hang up on you. When you'd reach out for a call back they'd call back and hang up on you.
