    @googlefi why does my data always switch off of 5G to LTE when making calls? Call quality is terrible and spotty. Chat is closed in the app.

    @googlefi please please please. Answer me this. If I DECLINE A ******* PHONE CALL. WHY ARE YOU SENDING IT TO A ******* AI CALL SCREENER. Why do I then have to cancel the call screener. The I have to ******* disconnect the call yet again.

    @googlefi Switched from Mint to Google Fi and now my phone number is basically dead. LTE shows but no calls, texts, or data. Spent over an hour with support. Said it’s an issue on their end and that they’d get back to me. 18+ hours later, still no service. How is this acceptable?

    @googlefi wtf happened to your Customer Service?! I've been w/Fi since 2015, I buy flagship phones & Prem Unlimited service. (Currently 3 active for myself.) This week has been THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE from any company in my 64yrs. Get people who speak English, don't put 50 in a closet & make them not lie.

    @googlefi your customer support is absolutely awful!!! 3 weeks now we're trying to port a number and we can't I call support and they tell me to call my old service provider when I tell them I already spoke to them countless times they say we can't do anything!

    @googlefi Why do you need a DM?. Seems like usual routine over there. One quick Google search shows the disappointment in Google fi support . I tried to get help for 3 hours. They would just hang up on you. When you'd reach out for a call back they'd call back and hang up on you.

    Will someone from @GoogleFi solve my problem? 2 iPhones that transferred service to @GoogleFi now does not have any connection. Multiple case numbers: 8-0243000040565, 2-9326000040589

    @googlefi your connection in OKC is disappointing. What is the fix to this? I will switch back to @TMobile in a heartbeat.

    @googlefi @madebygoogle I bought a Pixel 10 Pro Fold (Order GS.7388-0455-3057) with a NEW Fi activation, which includes 12 months of Gemini AI Pro & 12 months Google One. The promo never provisioned. Fi Support has been worthless - Going on 2 weeks - Case ID 1-6416000039452
