Seattled (@TheSeattled) reported@googlefi I Don't think the customer service could get any worse. First you double bill me on my insurance for my phone. I know what happened yet. Every time I get on the phone with customer support they go over what happened again even though the issues should have been resolved. Why do I want to hear about something that should have been resolved? This is the worst experience I've ever had with customer service.

Mike Fagerstrom (@MJFagerstrom) reported@googlefi I emailed customer service yesterday saying I'm moving to T-Mobile if my issues with the trade in aren't resolved by the end of the week and guess what? I haven't gotten a reply. I like Google but Fi sucks TERRIBLY as a phone service.

The bot I am talking to has now degenerated to spouting out real nonsense, like asking me if the issue occurs outdoors (duh, yeah, it's a roaming authentication failure). And asked for my address three times. It's farcical except I'm not laughing.
