@googlefi your customer support is absolutely awful!!! 3 weeks now we're trying to port a number and we can't I call support and they tell me to call my old service provider when I tell them I already spoke to them countless times they say we can't do anything!

Hi @googlefi, I bought 2 Pixel 10 Pros with the $450 rebate, but my rebate was cancelled and I’m being charged $900. The app showed I was eligible with no warning about plan requirements. I’ve been on Fi for years and have never had an issue in the past.

I've contacted support multiple times, but they claim they can't manually override the system.I am paying for 6 lines that I now cannot manage. This is not just a Gmail issue; it's a critical mobile service failure. Please have a HUMAN review my case now. (2/2) @Google @googlefi

@googlefi You guys really ****** up. You have totally disregarded someone that fully invested in the Google ecosystem of products. You have totally blown it with your lack of empathy, responsibility, concern, & gross incompetence amongst multiplicative customer service operators.

@googlefi Me me pick me! Oh wait I can't because every single time I pay my phone bill when it's due, 12 Days later you shut my phone service off again and make me pay it again. Yay!! Don't use Google fi. This is an absolutely scam

and attempted a complex, multi-device workaround confirms this is not a user error. You are a victim of Google Fi's internal systems being completely unable to handle an edge case and their support structure being a roadblock, not a solution. @googlefi
