Said it’s an issue on their end and that they’d get back to me. 18+ hours later, still no service. How is this acceptable?

This week has been THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE from any company in my 64yrs. Get people who speak English, don't put 50 in a closet & make them not lie.

I tried to get help for 3 hours. They would just hang up on you. When you'd reach out for a call back they'd call back and hang up on you.

The promo never provisioned. Fi Support has been worthless - Going on 2 weeks - Case ID 1-6416000039452
