They now officially support iPhone + cheap + convenient roaming. I don't think I expect any kind of support from a carrier, it should just work 😁 So wanna give it a try.

Daryl B. Payne (@Madmark2077) reported@PinguCapital I use @googlefi mobile phone service and the service is horrendous. Its all Indian call centers and they DGAF. Reddit is full of complaints about the agents just facking off and telling you to wait 24 hrs.

Olaotan (@olaotantc) reported@googlefi support failed repeatedly to resolve a known, repeatable service issue for over a month. Temporary fixes. No ownership. No escalation. The only “solution” offered was to pay again for Google Workspace to restore Fi service. Had to cancel the line after being frustrated. Completely Unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional service. Highly recommend everyone stays far away from this service!

I’ve been testing the #Pixel10Pro alongside the #iPhone16Pro, and the difference in connectivity is embarrassing. The "native" Google experience is actually the worst one. 1/6
