    It’s amazing that @FrontierCorp can confirm your number when you call. Then hang up on you two separate times. And never call you back. Cancelling my service to move and my WIFI mysteriously starts to not work. #CoincidenceImSure

    @FrontierCorp is now 1 hour late. No call no show. I wonder if they will ever show. With their customer service I bet not. Worst in the industry. I wish @verizon never sold out. They never no called no showed.

    WTF @FrontierCorp? You just out of the blue delete WWSB TV from Sarasota's 50K customers (including me) with no warning? So no local programming or weather now, that's just wonderful. You should treat your customers better that taking away our local station. @mysuncoast

    @FrontierCorp You said it's been resolved, still out, sent me a link to chat that doesn't work and told me to call customer service. Been on hold for 30 minutes. Needless to say, your social media direct messaging system is awful. I've even out of internet since 2pm Wednesday.

    @FrontierCorp Supposedly for tomorrow morning, but I never received confirmed time. I have to leave for work by 11am Eastern and cant afford to wait. I already gave up 6 hours of my time yesterday. People have to work and I am not losing my job due to a no show or late tech.

    @mysuncoast @abcactionnews #frontieroutage @AskFrontier Apparently there is an service outage from Tampa to Sarasota. I like many people have been down since early afternoon yesterday. No forthcoming actual information. People work from home and need your service. Tell the truth.

    @AskFrontier I've been trying for over a week to get internet service from @FrontierCorp. No one showed up when installation was scheduled. I spent too much time today getting bounced around the their phone system, now the order to install is cancelled. Do you want customers?

    @FrontierCorp had me on one for raising my rates and followed by a 2-day outage. Was about to switch to the competition but got them on the phone and they hooked me up with new much lower rate for the same speed! Kudos to @FrontierCorp !!!!

    (1/2) @FrontierCorp Wasa charged a $10 fee for rental routers provided for a free month. I spoke to 2 agents before the billing cycle, both whom said it would be taken care of. Never did. Third agent tried to gaslight that it wasn't in my chat history. I have screen grabs.
