Been on hold for 30 minutes. Needless to say, your social media direct messaging system is awful. I've even out of internet since 2pm Wednesday.

I spoke to 2 agents before the billing cycle, both whom said it would be taken care of. Never did. Third agent tried to gaslight that it wasn't in my chat history. I have screen grabs.
