I have to leave for work by 11am Eastern and cant afford to wait. I already gave up 6 hours of my time yesterday. People have to work and I am not losing my job due to a no show or late tech.

Been on hold for 30 minutes. Needless to say, your social media direct messaging system is awful. I've even out of internet since 2pm Wednesday.
