    @FedEx y’all do not use this company at all cost. If it comes between them delivering a package to you or walking 1000 suns... walk 1000 suns. Customer service is horrible. A delivery/shipping company that doesnt deliver. So what did I pay for????

    @FedEx Why can't I speak to customer service? Your automated system is not that helpful and tells me that a actual person can't help. Second, I had a shipment coming from Coppell TX and I stay in Mckinney TX but now the package is in Memphis. Where is the common sense in that?

    @_supportHQ122 @FedEx your customer service and delivery practices are unacceptable. My package containing valuable precious metal from JM Bullion was falsely marked “delivered” — yet never arrived. Your team admits it was wrongly scanned, but refuses to act. This is fraud

    @pulte Bill, I know Many People that could use ANY AMOUNT of money. I’m the guy who keeps Gatorade and extra water in my garage fridge for the trash truck guys, FedEx, UPS and delivery people. Oh, and my yard guy Luis would be my first choice. I’ve met his charming wife. Great people!

    @FedExHelp I had a package that I’ve been waiting for. When it shipped, it arrived in Dallas TX on Friday 8/7 Now Fedex is giving it to the @USPSHelp for delivery & it’s going to take them until August 20 to get the package 18 miles to Allen TX?! RU kidding! Let me pick it up!😡

    @FedEx @FedExHelp — This is a serious issue. My insured JM Bullion package containing precious metals was falsely marked “delivered” and has disappeared. Your own team confirmed it was a wrong scan, yet FedEx refuses to act or investigate. This amounts to fraud, negligence

    Hey, @FedEx, if you tell a person that someone will have to sign for a delivery, you should probably make them sign for it instead of just leaving it at the door and driving off. I took a day off work because I thought I had to be here, but I guess that was a lie

    @FedEx Spent $1100 to send boxes for event by 10:30. Paid extra to get them there at that time. I was NEVER told that the delivery time was not guarenteed. Of 17 boxes only 6 were delivered ontime. Event ruined, FedEx response response: There is nothing we can do. #horrible

    @FedExHelp Had 2 leave town because my mother died. Had package held at fedex location near me and I’m being told that the package will only be held for 5 days. I won’t be home until for at least a week. customer service and says policy won’t allow 4 extended hold. Help please.

    @bighnj @hwinkler4real UPS and FedEx rely on the USPS to deliver the last leg in .any cases. The postal service delivers to everybody even if that route isn't profitable. Its a critical service.

    @FedEx @FedExHelp is there a time articular reason why your delivery driver is so damn lazy they can't deliver a package to me, but instead to the nearest fedex location? I put my physical address in for a reason.

    I’m still mad. I’m still not sure why @FedEx would leave a guitar in a guitar box sitting on an apartment porch when I pay for a service with boxes to receive my packages in. Who ******** steals from a 7 year old. 🤬 and honestly I think fedex should be responsible but that’s me.

    @InpuVirus I ******* hate @FedEx. I always have issues with them. I literally have the same issue right now with a set of tires I ordered and supposed to have today and now it's delayed till Monday and I've already had to cancel my install appointment. I'll pay extra to not use them.

    @TheVoiceMB @FedExHelp That has happened to me with FedEx. They are the absolute worst. I purchased something and the delivery date was supposed to be Tuesday. It arrived today. I have never had a package delivered from them on time. This doesn't happen with UPS.

    @FedEx Took a WFH day to sign for a $10K+ package. I was home all morning—Jeep in the driveway—but no knock or doorbell. Driver snapped a cropped photo w/o Jeep visible and marked “no one home.” Called immediately after the failed delivery notice and got no help. Is everyone that works at FedEx a lazy ****, or was I just incredibly unlucky today with my driver/interactions?

    @mandd_ca @Newsforce No, it's not fair to hold FedEx responsible for the murder. Tanner Horner was an independent contractor via subcontractor Big Topspin, not a direct FedEx employee. He had no public criminal history or red flags that would have flagged him as a risk during standard vetting. The family sued FedEx, Big Topspin, and Horner in 2022 for negligence, but there's no evidence the companies could have detected or prevented this—his actions were a deliberate crime during a delivery, not tied to any company policy or oversight failure. Blame belongs solely to Horner. Media attaches "FedEx driver" for context because that's how the public knew him in the moment, but it's bad luck for the company, just like any employer whose worker snaps unpredictably.

    @ImMeme0 A couple of our USPS, UPS & FedEx delivery people smoke pot during their deliveries. I’ve had packages delivered I would swear had **** inside- the scent was THAT strong-permeated the cardboard!
