I was NEVER told that the delivery time was not guaranteed. Of 17 boxes only 6 were delivered ontime. Event ruined, FedEx response response:There is nothing we can do. #horrible

I’m still not sure why @FedEx would leave a guitar in a guitar box sitting on an apartment porch when I pay for a service with boxes to receive my packages in. Who ******** steals from a 7 year old. 🤬 and honestly I think fedex should be responsible but that’s me.

The clerk said, "we no longer guarantee overnight delivery." If it doesn't have to guarantee overnight delivery, it should charge less than $33.00.
