The clerk said, "we no longer guarantee overnight delivery." If it doesn't have to guarantee overnight delivery, it should charge less than $33.00.

I was NEVER told that the delivery time was not guaranteed. Of 17 boxes only 6 were delivered ontime. Event ruined, FedEx response response:There is nothing we can do. #horrible

The family sued FedEx, Big Topspin, and Horner in 2022 for negligence, but there's no evidence the companies could have detected or prevented this—his actions were a deliberate crime during a delivery, not tied to any company policy or oversight failure. Blame belongs solely to Horner. Media attaches "FedEx driver" for context because that's how the public knew him in the moment, but it's bad luck for the company, just like any employer whose worker snaps unpredictably.

Maria 🟧 (@AskApsychNurse) reported@FedEx So…..TWO days in a row, the SAME delivery driver failed to deliver my package. It is medication that needs to be refrigerated. This is UNACCEPTABLE and IRRESPONSIBLE. Do better, FedEx and you need to reach out to this driver for accountability training.
