    Dropped off a package at @fedex tonight. Thinking I was clever, I said "this absolutely, positively has to get there overnight." The clerk said, "we no longer guarantee overnight delivery." If it doesn't have to guarantee overnight delivery, it should charge less than $33.00.

    @FedExHelp Spent $1100 to send boxes for event by 10:30. Paid extra to get them there at that time. I was NEVER told that the delivery time was not guaranteed. Of 17 boxes only 6 were delivered ontime. Event ruined, FedEx response response:There is nothing we can do. #horrible

    @FedEx You may need to open an investigation at the 500 Richland Blvd, Prosper TX location. Myself along with others had iPhones missing when returning packages to Apple service center. Not OK. $1,400 isn’t chump change.

    @FedEx, your customer service is a joke! I put 4 packages in 1 of your drop boxes on 4-2, never scanned, no idea where they are and now I can’t find anyone who can help. Tell that to my clients!

    Seriously disappointed in customer service from @Target. Online order was scheduled for delivery today. @FedEx says it was left at my front door. My @ring doorbell says no one has been to my front door all day. Now Target says the @usps is to blame and could I call back tomorrow.

    I genuinely cannot stand fedex. have never liked the lack of consistent updates/the automated system is so infuriating… not to mention, once you sign up for an account to “manage your delivery” the website will just constantly glitch to where you can’t accomplish anything 🤓

    @FedEx @FedExHelp is there a time articular reason why your delivery driver is so damn lazy they can't deliver a package to me, but instead to the nearest fedex location? I put my physical address in for a reason.

    I paid express shipping for something to get here yesterday. My **** not here because of a delay in the delivery, but I log on IG and see FedEx, Amazon and UPS doing a whole 8 count....That’s wild.

    I’m still mad. I’m still not sure why @FedEx would leave a guitar in a guitar box sitting on an apartment porch when I pay for a service with boxes to receive my packages in. Who ******** steals from a 7 year old. 🤬 and honestly I think fedex should be responsible but that’s me.

    @mandd_ca @Newsforce No, it's not fair to hold FedEx responsible for the murder. Tanner Horner was an independent contractor via subcontractor Big Topspin, not a direct FedEx employee. He had no public criminal history or red flags that would have flagged him as a risk during standard vetting. The family sued FedEx, Big Topspin, and Horner in 2022 for negligence, but there's no evidence the companies could have detected or prevented this—his actions were a deliberate crime during a delivery, not tied to any company policy or oversight failure. Blame belongs solely to Horner. Media attaches "FedEx driver" for context because that's how the public knew him in the moment, but it's bad luck for the company, just like any employer whose worker snaps unpredictably.

    On everything @UPS is garbage. I ordered my MPC Sample on 4/7. My **** still hasn’t even reached the Atlanta hub and ***** it’s 4/13. I can get faster delivery from ****** China via @FedEx. Like wtf are yall doing?

    and just like the good Samaritan who actually delivered mine 2 weeks ago, I'm taking the package to the person who actually ordered it in the morning. Fix your problems @FedEx - this is a disgrace to whatever organizational pride you might have. Lazy freakin drivers!!

    @FedEx So…..TWO days in a row, the SAME delivery driver failed to deliver my package. It is medication that needs to be refrigerated. This is UNACCEPTABLE and IRRESPONSIBLE. Do better, FedEx and you need to reach out to this driver for accountability training.
