Second, I had a shipment coming from Coppell TX and I stay in Mckinney TX but now the package is in Memphis. Where is the common sense in that?

I was NEVER told that the delivery time was not guarenteed. Of 17 boxes only 6 were delivered ontime. Event ruined, FedEx response response: There is nothing we can do. #horrible

The clerk said, "we no longer guarantee overnight delivery." If it doesn't have to guarantee overnight delivery, it should charge less than $33.00.

Driver snapped a cropped photo w/o Jeep visible and marked “no one home.” Called immediately after the failed delivery notice and got no help. Is everyone that works at FedEx a lazy ****, or was I just incredibly unlucky today with my driver/interactions?
