@AriFleischer Why is Fedex even a business - no one trust the postal service to deliver on time anything that matters most!

  • harropj
Jonathan Harrop (@harropj) reported from Plano, Texas

Tried swapping to @snapkitchen’s delivery service, but looks like they use @FedEx and despite me having a “delivery completed” email, neither me or any of my neighbours have A PACKAGE OF PERISHABLE FOOD.

  • RicEllis85
Ric Ellis (@RicEllis85) reported from Plano, Texas

I’ve gotten used to the fact that a FedEx package being scheduled to arrive on the weekend has a high probability of never even being loaded on the truck on the weekend. But why not just put the real expected delivery date instead of wasting people’s time?

  • OlingerSusan
Susan Olinger (@OlingerSusan) reported from Allen, Texas

@PeteButtigieg If UPS and FedEx were required to deliver to everywhere regardless of how remote a location for the same price they would likely not be profitable either. Hence the 'service' part of USPS.

  • dmburrows
David M Burrows (@dmburrows) reported from Richardson, Texas

After the 3rd FedEx delivery today, I’ve realized a Shipment Delivery Candle would smell like cardboard, sweat, and fast food

  • drummermoe
Melisa Oporto (@drummermoe) reported from Plano, Texas

.@FedEx Expedited Delivery, my ass. My camera lens has been in the Dallas area since Wednesday, was supposed to be delivered by yesterday, and now it won't arrive until Monday. Shit, I'd be willing to drive to a Irving to whatever warehouse it's at and pick it up myself.

  • UnczPaul
Paul K Malone (@UnczPaul) reported from Plano, Texas

FedEx has totally collapsed on their next day deliveries this week. Totally. #FedEx

  • rikintalati
Rikin (@rikintalati) reported from City of McKinney, Texas

@_supportHQ122 @FedEx your customer service and delivery practices are unacceptable. My package containing valuable precious metal from JM Bullion was falsely marked “delivered” — yet never arrived. Your team admits it was wrongly scanned, but refuses to act. This is fraud

  • lisaann408
Lisa Ann Looney (@lisaann408) reported from Prosper, Texas

@FedEx You may need to open an investigation at the 500 Richland Blvd, Prosper TX location. Myself along with others had iPhones missing when returning packages to Apple service center. Not OK. $1,400 isn’t chump change.

  • JIMHATESYOU

fedex is literally the shittiest delivery service of all time bro

  • rikintalati
Rikin (@rikintalati) reported from City of McKinney, Texas

@FedEx @FedExHelp @RajSubramaniam This is unacceptable — my parcel containing precious metal from JM Bullion shows “delivered,” but it was never received. After investigation, it’s confirmed as a wrong scan and missing package. This is not an error — it’s fraud

  • OlingerSusan
Susan Olinger (@OlingerSusan) reported from Allen, Texas

@bighnj @hwinkler4real UPS and FedEx rely on the USPS to deliver the last leg in .any cases. The postal service delivers to everybody even if that route isn't profitable. Its a critical service.

  • TXTrip17
CHRIS TRIPUCKA (@TXTrip17) reported from Allen, Texas

@FedExHelp I had a package that I’ve been waiting for. When it shipped, it arrived in Dallas TX on Friday 8/7 Now Fedex is giving it to the @USPSHelp for delivery & it’s going to take them until August 20 to get the package 18 miles to Allen TX?! RU kidding! Let me pick it up!😡

  • WendyRaeWalker
Wendy Rae Walker (@WendyRaeWalker) reported from Frisco, Texas

@FedEx Spent $1100 to send boxes for event by 10:30. Paid extra to get them there at that time. I was NEVER told that the delivery time was not guarenteed. Of 17 boxes only 6 were delivered ontime. Event ruined, FedEx response response: There is nothing we can do. #horrible

  • KingJohn4th
King John IV 👑 (@KingJohn4th) reported from Frisco, Texas

Dropped off a package at @fedex tonight. Thinking I was clever, I said "this absolutely, positively has to get there overnight." The clerk said, "we no longer guarantee overnight delivery." If it doesn't have to guarantee overnight delivery, it should charge less than $33.00.

@pulte Bill, I know Many People that could use ANY AMOUNT of money. I’m the guy who keeps Gatorade and extra water in my garage fridge for the trash truck guys, FedEx, UPS and delivery people. Oh, and my yard guy Luis would be my first choice. I’ve met his charming wife. Great people!

  • RanaissanceMan
Randy Harris (@RanaissanceMan) reported from Princeton, Texas

@FedEx Two days in a row the driver delivering my package was too lazy to bring my package to my apt.. there was clear delivery instructions including call box # and phone number to enter. No attempt at all!! Very disappointing!!!!

Beware If you get a delivery at home and you are asked to sign for it, DECLINE. A posing delivery person may just want you to open the door or screen door. If it’s a legitimate delivery it will be returned to the post office or FedEx or UPS, etc. Pick it up there.

  • DMcGachey
    Daniel McGachey (@DMcGachey) reported

How nice of FedEx to wait till 2 hours into today's scheduled delivery window before deciding they wouldn't bother trying to deliver my package till tomorrow. So glad I waited in for that!

  • PositiveYankees
    Positive Yankee Fan (@PositiveYankees) reported

@FedEx Took a WFH day to sign for a $10K+ package. I was home all morning—Jeep in the driveway—but no knock or doorbell. Driver snapped a cropped photo w/o Jeep visible and marked “no one home.” Called immediately after the failed delivery notice and got no help. Is everyone that works at FedEx a lazy ****, or was I just incredibly unlucky today with my driver/interactions?
