Moving service from W to E NC and they don’t communicate the service request and now double billing me from an address I vacated two months ago.

Hopefully we can deliver this benefit soon!

Those affected received phone calls and door hangers in advance. Part of a NC DOT road widening project along Market St.

There were multiple documented cases of union crews being told to turn around and go back home because Duke Energy didn't want to pay up. The sure give their execs big bonuses every year, though.
