  @allthingsHHH @DukeEnergy Im without power right now a day later no explanation im in hunters creek. Its been out for awhile. This is becoming a reoccurring thing for this company. I definitely will switch carriers in the next year.

  @cockyfaithful2 @DukeEnergy We had a company quote us $75k and it would have plugged into our power company line. I asked the sales guy "why would I pay $75k to then still lose power if the power company goes out?" He goes "well you'll be saving money in 20 years."

  Just got off the phone with Duke Energy. Again! My bill's climbing faster than my hopes for an NFL team in my state. Asked to disconnect surge protection after it failed to save my wallet from a lightning strike worth $40K last year. Their response? "Thanks for being a Duke customer." Really? What am I supposed to say? "Thank you for monopolizing my electric misery?" At this point, I’m convinced their business model is shock therapy for our wallets. No wonder they posted FIVE (5) BILLION dollars profit last year. Keep those data centers coming. As well as being in bed with all of the States Public Utility Commission that regulate them #DukeEnergy #OnlyGameInTown #PowerlessInEverySense

  @DukeEnergy I have outage from 15th March and it’s still not fixed. This is affecting only 3781 Sitka circle. They say that it may be fixed by 16th till 6pm. I cannot cook anything to eat and have to spend money on food throughout the day. Who is responsible for that ??

  @Swole_82 @DukeEnergy Duke doesn’t give a **** about the consumer. These prices are outrageous and they know it and they don’t care. I never had a bill over 200 and mine this month was 441$
