All I can say is they called in extra people to help get power back on.

I called earlier and was told to check my breaker. The person on the Duke phone was talking to me like I was dumb. There are several houses here without power.

My sister is on hospice with terminal cancer and @DukeEnergy shut the power off while doing work in the neighborhood and are refusing to turn it back on. So there is no AC and she has no oxygen that could make her last days/hours more comfortable. Absolutely horrendous!
