    @DominionEnergy Your phone system is lacking.... impossible to get through to a human if you don't fall within the defined categories. Please share how your customers are supposed to reach a customer support rep.

    8 minutes to get through inefficient prompts of the @DominionEnergy automated system in order to access, a wait time of another 8 minutes, to talk to a human! The automated system, app & website are useless & waste of time when I need to contact someone in customer service!

    @DominionEnergy Getting that power where it needs to go requires serious transmission investment: new 500 kV lines, a jointly developed 765 kV project, and a newly awarded high-voltage DC underground line from Southern Virginia to Northern Virginia through PJM's open window process.

    There are two large power outages in Summerville right now affecting about 2200 people. I just got the phone with Dominion, and multiple crews are fixing the problems right now. @DominionEnergy

    @IGSEnergy is the biggest scam in the energy sector. My account was transferred from @DominionEnergy and they kept charging 50% more than the market rate for years. Check your bill from @washingtongas and cancel your account with #igsenergy cos they are ripping you off!
