Verizon is currently erecting a new pole next to the existing pole across the street. Electricity also runs on poles still in this neighborhood. I received no notification of planned outage. Thx

Now that there’s “smart” meters, nobody comes out to disconnect & once it’s paid they click a box and it’s back on. They’re STILL charging them a $150 reconnect! FOR F’N WHAT???

My household size decreased by 2, but you want me to have someone in my house to see where we are using energy. We have the same appliances and everything electrical is the same since last year, except my household size. But somehow my high bill is my fault? God forbid it’s your company robbing us or your mistake—blame it on the customer.
