    @GrecianFormula @jhanover33 @DIRECTV @ATT Signal interruption, faulty equipment, over worked (under staffed, under trained, and under equipped) field techs are the norm in consumer cable. Both tv and internet. Suddenlink/altice (mine in a new subdivision with supposedly all new infrastructure) is as bad as spectrum/twc.

    @piperdanny_ @ATT @ATTHelp @DIRECTV When @DIRECTV was by itself before it was bought by AT&T they had the best Customer Service. Once @ATT bought them it all went down the tubes. Picture goes out randomly for a couple seconds & they sent out two different guys who couldn’t fix it(& charged me!). Still does it!🤬

    Hey @directv My Sunday ticket app blew out my game no less than 50 times during the game. When I pay $400 to watch football, I EXPECT BETTER. Shitting down in OT. UNACCEPTABLE. Oh. And I spent an HOUR this morning on the phone with your customer service this morning. Thanks.

    @GrecianFormula @jhanover33 @DIRECTV @ATT Ideally the cable cos would monitor their equipment in real time all the way down to the set top box. Corporate America does this at scale and can detect and precisely diagnose issues before end users are often aware. Instead...you bounce your equipment repeatedly, wait on VRU.

    The ABC app is down on my phone and on my desktop, so I can't watch the Renegades game. It makes me furious becuase I can't watch channel 8 on my DirecTV app becuase they want you to watch through each network's app, but then the app is terrible so now I cant watch at all.

    My poor parents lost @DIRECTV last night in the storm and were told that @DIRECTV could not get out until July 2 to fix it. Seriously!! You can do better than that for two senior citizens! #ShameOnYou

    @FrontierCorp residents and business owners in Southlake, TX- switched to Frontier about 7 mos ago, pay $360 A MONTH for cable & internet, have had nothing but problems, can’t even watch the @dallascowboys game today! @DIRECTV we are coming back...

    @Spudpar @Braves @DIRECTV It magically appeared. All it was was that it just took a while to update. Not sure why they didn’t just tell me that. A reasonable explanation that I’d have had zero issue with.
