It makes me furious becuase I can't watch channel 8 on my DirecTV app becuase they want you to watch through each network's app, but then the app is terrible so now I cant watch at all.

SNLA is on sports package, second level adds ESPN, Fox one. But no MLB network at that tier. And digital phone adds 20, I believe. But you have to negotiate it down. Bargain

Corporate America does this at scale and can detect and precisely diagnose issues before end users are often aware. Instead...you bounce your equipment repeatedly, wait on VRU.

Both tv and internet. Suddenlink/altice (mine in a new subdivision with supposedly all new infrastructure) is as bad as spectrum/twc.

Call customer service and ask to speak to the “retention department” and threaten to switch to spectrum if they won’t lower the price. I got directv and ATT internet both reduced that way.
