Turned my equipment as instructed to Fedex. As for a receipt, “there is no receipt, we enter it in the system by your account.”

The Gronk USAA commercials are #2 but's that just because I haven't seen one for awhile. Maybe that awful chapter in our history is done.

The team record feature is not working half the games don’t record when they should. If you set the record for one game in a series you can’t set the other games in a series to record. It’s a mess.

Bandwidth chokes, dropouts, A/V sync jumps in and out, segments drop entirely, freezing… Inconsistent audio like someone is mixing on an AUX…without headphones. (Oh, where’s the 5.1???) Like watching NASA vs SpaceX.
