Oh, and they are antiquated AF. I’d rather have Cox who at least had voice activated remotes. This is 2022 @DIRECTV Get with the tech of the year.

After no less than 30 calls, transfers, different phone numbers, & being hung up on, they owe me $50+ dollars from 7/18 when I was forced to disconnect my service due to relocation.
