Even though I pay a small fortune to watch Green Bay play every game on @DIRECTV NFL Sunday Ticket, I can’t watch cuz of bonus coverage and the game is blacked out on the Ticket channel. Just cuz they stink doesn’t mean I don’t want to watch. Please fix this or refund my money.

Been a @DIRECTV customer since 1998. Tried to make some minor adjustments on my account and move a receiver. I have already been billed for a service that hasn’t occurred. I had to cancel the date but because “it’s already been billed”..
