Stay away from @DIRECTV. They will go out their way to get you connected. But beware when you decide to cancel. Been with @directv over 20 years. Turned my equipment as instructed to Fedex. As for a receipt, “there is no receipt, we enter it in the system by your account.”

@DIRECTV ur customer service is terrible. NO one knows anything. ALL we want is to watch Dodger games. Why pay a LOT of moola for the ability to watch games and then be told they can be blacked out. Or pay even more for an additional package but they can be blacked out too. WTF?
