    @DIRECTV has some of the worst customer service. At least train your employees to be somewhat knowledgeable on your offers/services. 2 days back to back with no progress made.

    @DIRECTV 3 times have been scheduled 2 times your techs have refused to install service. 3rd time they have #NoCalledNoShow @ATT @ATTCares I can’t get an English speaker on the line to answer or #Help

    @piperdanny_ @ATT @ATTHelp @DIRECTV When @DIRECTV was by itself before it was bought by AT&T they had the best Customer Service. Once @ATT bought them it all went down the tubes. Picture goes out randomly for a couple seconds & they sent out two different guys who couldn’t fix it(& charged me!). Still does it!🤬

    Day before Opening Day and still no news about @Reds games on @DIRECTV I know this has gone down to the 11th hour with other teams who went to direct-to-comsumer and I've done a pretty good job of not worrying about it up to this point, but I really don't wanna pay the $100 #Reds

    @directv I’m a 30 yr customer of DTV. Just moved to the steaming service…not likely to be a customer much longer. When I can’t watch a recorded game without glitches & I can’t FFW or RWD due to Network Congestion & AutoExtend…it’s pretty sad service!

    @DIRECTV I’m trying to be patient, but I’m losing that ability. If I have my team recording set and it records the mlb network instead of the new Detroit sports net channel then what’s the point? I didn’t decide that this was going to change you guys did. Fix it or I’m out
