    I called in the outage at 11:30 am Friday and @CoxComm said I would get service by 5:00 pm. It is now Saturday and still no service! It’s been 24 hours without service and @CoxHelp is crickets!

    @CoxComm no service AGAIN today! Sporadic service for over 6 weeks. We’re paying for services not received. Acc to @CoxHelp they won’t reimburse for outages unless customer calls/tweets! @7OnYourSide

    No service AGAIN from @CoxComm! I’m on hold now, after being on the phone for 1.5 hours yesterday. @CoxHelp said I must report outage or they will bill me every day whether they deliver service or not. Crazy!

    Lost @CoxComm @CoxHelp service at noon. Called to report lack of service...told there’s a 45 minute wait time on the phone. 12 hours later and still not working properly!

    @CoxHelp We’re literally paying for Wi-Fi that works not Wi-Fi that shoots off whenever it decides to and this is what cox has literally done. They said there was gonna be no problem past 8 PM and it’s 1130 with constant issues. And the Wi-Fi doesn’t wanna work what does that tell you.

    @MelissaHallWX @Apple I've been switching from @CoxComm to AT&T. Same service for half the price. Cox has been unbearably bureaucratic during the switch over. Come to find out, Cox could have lowered my bill to a competitive price 5+ years ago which really burned my arse.📝😡

    @CoxHelp Sorry. Cancelled two years ago. Paid $250. Could not get it lowered to any published offer. Used 80 year old social security recipient and everything thing I could to poor mouth but nothing

    @CoxHelp I disconnected my Cox Mobile line on Nov 23rd, but I was still charged for the Dec 4 – Jan 3 billing cycle. I’ve been on customer support for 1hr, transferred between 5+ agents, repeating the same issue with no resolution. This is extremely frustrating. Please help.
