    @TommyFeldman11 looked at my mum's bill. she or I pay for her 20 month plus 10 in surcharges and taxes. that is 50% on top of her monthly services. That @Consumer_Cell sucks ***. I will be moving my mum phone plan elsewhere.

    @Consumer_Cell @FTC the month where our phones are so excruciatingly slow as to be useless. So I am paying an extra $50/month to spend two weeks of the month frustrated? This is #FalseAdvertising and is illegal. Consumer Cellular should not be allowed to break the law and go unpunished. PERIOD!

    @consumercellular for the 2nd time you have “disabled my web service for my protection .” and when cust svc is closed again. Again a weekend in the country without any internet i called last time and boy did it get turned back on fast. I’m reporting #consumercellular

    @VerizonSupport So far, it's been the WORST. Your alleged cust svc rep cut us off without so much as one word, deliberately leaving us (2 seniors in a remote area w/6" snow on the ground) w/o phone service so that we can contact @Consumer_Cell to complete our svc transfer. You're all impossible.

    Good Bye @ATT Hello @ConsumerCellular Went from 85 a month +Taxes/Fees at 4G a month TO 55 a Month + Taxes/Fees and Unlmited Several ATT stores said they couldnt do anythign for a senior on discounts, So they lose a customer.

    @NJ07042 @Oxford_Life @KellDA If he's doing services like ConsumerCellular, MintMobile, Tracfone, etc, then what's even the point of using his specific mobile service when others are no doubt doing it cheaper??? Not to mention their experience and established customer support...
