@Consumer_Cell omg 5g is slow and unusable on a new iPhone 14 pro. Why was my 12 mini getting tremendously faster speeds?

@Consumer_Cell your email message to me said that it can take up to 7 days for the transfer to be complete? Does that mean I won't have service? Also another email says my account has been restored? I was advised to get the port pin from Mint today in case they are closed Sat

I want to send you a direct message because I don't want to air my grievance in public without giving you the opportunity to resolve my issue. Can you please follow me so I can explain the situation? Thank you @Consumer_Cell

If you need reliable phone service with unlimited data do not use @Consumer_Cell because they say it's unlimited data but in reality at 50 mb Consumer Cellular slows your data to the point that apps & emails don't open. #ConsumerCellSucks

@Tito_Esc @Consumer_Cell To me I wouldve figured a slow down atlease if they are calling it unlimited. And only reason I was interested cuz I can get 2 lines for $55 since I'm a aarp member.
