    @Consumer_Cell Any Consumer Cellular customer who asks "why are my bill's government fees higher?" will be told that the fees are needed to administer government fees. Government fees haven't increased; Consumer Cellular has merely decided it wants to increase its profits.

    @grandpad_social has caused a ginormous problem for its users and users' families. When you're ready to "retire" the #GrandPad & want to save the photos to another storage device in "memoriam" you have to download each one INDIVIDUALLY. Crazy, right? @Consumer_Cell FIX THIS !!

    @Consumer_Cell - Trying to help my 86yr old mother switch to het cell service, talk to three rude operators, hung up on twice and the third gave incorrect information. You are making this way to hard to transfer her account. Who can I contact to get my questions addressed?

    @Consumer_Cell Customer service told me I need a new phone to get better 5g speeds when I called. So since im on an iPhone 14 pro do y’all somehow have access to the iPhone 15 since they claim I needed the new phone? Or are they even doing there job

    @Consumer_Cell I spent 2 and 1/2 hours on chat with a @Consumer_Cell support rep yesterday. My issue is still not resolved and I don't know what the next step is. I have not been able to make or receive calls from my house for 3 days. Is there anyone at @Consumer_Cell who can resolve this?

    This is neither a scam nor a sales pitch. I make zilch by posting this. Just trying to help y’all put a few bucks back into your pocket. A year ago I was paying $155/month with Verizon for 2 lines with unlimited talk and text but only 15 GB data $1860/year I moved to @ConsumerCellular and I now pay $75/month for unlimited talk, text AND data. $900/year Their Customer Service reps speak English and are extremely professional, patient and helpful. JMHO +$960/year in my pocket

    @Consumer_Cell Been w/ CC for around 10-yrs & should have left long ago. Not the 1st time I've had problems. When my 1st phone died, I talked to 4 or 5 different CC reps trying to find an affordable replacement. FINALLY, a rep told me that I had an insurance policy that would cover replacement.

    @Consumer_Cell Finally activated! What a fiasco of epic proportions!!! A week without a phone then going through 3-4 bad Sims plus 1 drawer Sim that was bad then my phone came and no where on any literature given states that my phone has to be activated but it's NOT connected to a network!

    @Consumer_Cell @sincladk We are locked out of our account online because we put in a wrong password. We called and no one will unlock our account. We are with attorneys right now and they told us this should never happen and they will get a demand to fight this.

    Looks like I'm out of a phone for a few days. The activation was botched and both my busted phone and new phone are deactivated and register that neither of them have a SIM card (even though they both do) Thanks for the **** service @Consumer_Cell. TOTALLY NOT worth the $

    @Consumer_Cell Bought a Verve Snap at Target to replace my old CC flip phone. Now the Snap has no network access and the old one has already been shut off. Thanks so much - now I have two phones with no service whatsoever. #ConsumerCellular #RipOff

    @Consumer_Cell Looks like you're moving away from your original standards! I've gotten a ton of people to go with CC didn't know I got a 10$ credit, that's not why I did it! I'll be leaving & some will go with me! You're phone's are made for the att network, what happens travelers?

    @Consumer_Cell Well that just makes your mobile app useless. I’m 70, senior. I have pre-Parkinson’s with early arthritis in my hand. It takes me several tries to fill in info by hand sometimes hence finger print ID. You don’t really care do you? I’ll start looking for another network.

    @Consumer_Cell creating a #PIN should be a private process…the customer service representative shouldn’t be setting it up…
