    @Consumer_Cell Hi, new CC customer here and I had ZERO service at a local park within my city limits (Santa Rosa, CA). I NEVER had problems with service with previous carriers. This has happened twice feels like a bait & switch re your coverage. Please send me contact info for a manager. Thanks

    @Consumer_Cell Any Consumer Cellular customer who asks "why are my bill's government fees higher?" will be told that the fees are needed to administer government fees. Government fees haven't increased; Consumer Cellular has merely decided it wants to increase its profits.

    @consumercellular for the 2nd time you have “disabled my web service for my protection .” and when cust svc is closed again. Again a weekend in the country without any internet i called last time and boy did it get turned back on fast. I’m reporting #consumercellular
